Worth Creech

Worth graduated in 1999 with a B.S. in Construction Technology and a Minor in Geography from Appalachian State University. He started his mitigation career in 2001 and for over twenty years managed and implemented numerous mitigation sites in various states and habitat types. In 2021, Worth co-invented QuickReef®, Native Shoreline’s most popular living shoreline product and made the transition from mitigation to coastal restoration. In his new role as Operations Manager of Native Shorelines, he spends his time managing site implementation, working with manufacturers and subcontractors to ensure customers are happy with their shorelines. Worth continues to think of new ways to protect our coasts by creating new products that look great and work incredibly well using all natural, native materials and enjoys solving the difficult logistical challenges in the harsh marine environment. Worth has an Unlimited General Contractor’s license in the state of North Carolina. He is proud to be an Eagle Scout.
