Brad Breslow
Senior Project Manager
Brad received his BA in Environmental Science from Carthage College in 2008 and a Master’s in Geography from West Virginia University in 2011. Brad has over 15 years of experience as an ecologist and project manager, specializing in the implementation of stream, wetland, buffer, and nutrient mitigation projects. Over the years, Brad has been involved in many aspects of mitigation banking and ecosystem restoration including site feasibility, regulatory coordination, section 401/404 permitting, restoration plan development, and post-construction management. Brad has extensive experience with full-delivery projects and mitigation bank development across the eastern US. His project implementation experience includes the permitting and construction of over 50 miles of stream restoration and over 500 acres of wetland restoration. He currently serves as the President of the North Carolina Environmental Restoration Association.
